Our aim is to get you ready to become a roofer,that has the confidence to go further and hopefully get you into the Roofing business.
You will be taught in a warehouse that has mock up designed roofs of different shapes and sizes.
You will be away from the elements outside,in a comfortable environment.
All our mock roofs will be at low level and easy to get at,without the safety elements of high scaffold.
All tools and materials will be supplied by us.

Our 5 day hands on course will teach you

All the basic knowledge to become a competent roofer.

You will learn how to feel and lay a basic roof structure.

How to gauge batons for different tiles and slates.

How to strike a roof out using different materials.

How to put different ridge tiles on, both with cement and the dry system.

How to finish gable ends, both with cement and dry verge system.

You will learn basic lead work for valleys, soakers and flashings around chimney stacks.
